When you write in, include the email address on your account and, if it is about a purchase, the platform (Android or iOS) and the exam you subscribed to. That lets us find your account in one step.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are per exam: you pay only for the exam you are reviewing for. Payments are handled by Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS); we never see your card details.
- Manage or cancel on Android:Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Manage or cancel on iOS:iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pinoy Reviewer Hub.
- Restore a purchase: open the app, go to the premium screen for your exam, and tap Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you bought with.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy. Store purchases are refunded through Google or Apple, and we will point you to the right form.
3. Account and data
- Forgot your password: use Forgot Passwordor the link on the app’s login screen. The reset email comes from Firebase on our behalf.
- Change your exam goal or majorship: on the app Home screen, use Switch Exam Goal; LET reviewers can change their majorship from the link under Subject Mastery.
- Delete your account: in the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your profile, progress, notes, and bookmarks. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it within seven days and confirm by email.
- Request a copy of your data: email the Data Protection Officer at pinoyreviewerhub@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
4. Common issues
- Premium not showing after paying: tap Restore Purchases on the premium screen, then force-close and reopen the app. If it still does not show, email us with your receipt.
- A pack says “Opens in N days”: that pack is time-locked on purpose and opens on the date shown.
- Sign-in problems: check that you are using the same method (email or Google) you registered with. Google sign-in requires Google Play Services on Android.
- Found a wrong answer or a typo: please tell us the pack name and question number. Corrections go out to everyone without an app update.
- App not updating:update from Google Play or the App Store; What’s New inside the app lists each release.
5. About the content
Our questions are practice items aligned to the published Tables of Specifications and written by our team with explanations. They are not actual examination questions. Pinoy Reviewer Hub is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by the Professional Regulation Commission, the Civil Service Commission, or any other examining body.
